CONCHITA’S CHIPOTLE STEAK AND CHICKEN MARINADE

Olive oil

3 serving spoons

Conchita's Chipotle

3 serving spoons

Honey

1 serving spoon

Garlic

2 cloves crushed

Balsamic Vinegar

1 serving spoon

Soy Sauce

1 serving spoon

Lime

1/2 lime

Thyme

1 teaspoon fresh 1/2 dried

Salt

1 teaspoon

Pepper

1/2 teaspoon

 

Mix all ingredients well and place in zip lock bag.

Marinade rib-eye steak / chicken for 2 hours.

Grill meat
